Manama Packaging is equipped with highly sophisticated European machinery, maintained and operated by trained and experienced technical staff. Therefore, our final products are renowned world-wide for quality as well as better performance and shelf appeal.
Our Flexible Packaging unit operates with High Technology Mono–Layer & Multi– Layer Extruders to offer quality Packaging Films, extruded from European and AGCC originated raw materials. In addition, we use the printing facilities of a 6–Color Flexo Graphic Stack Press, 8–Color Flexo Graphic CI Press and 10-Color Rotogravure Press . Furthermore, we use the unique Solvent less/based Lamination system, Auto Bag Making & Slitting machines etc. An in-house facility of a Photo Polymer Cylinder / Cliché Making Unit, enables our designers & technical experts to assist our clients with their specific requirements. Using this efficient system, we are able to develop and convert design concepts into client-specified end products. In essence, MPI is not a vendor but a strategic packaging ally.
Our Corrugated Packaging Unit operates with 7 Ply Corrugated, 5 Color Flexo water based Printing and Flatbed Bobst Diecut Machines with dedicated QA/QC lab, R&D Lab, managing procedure and standards to control the quality of raw materials in process and finished Products.
